Terms and Conditions
1. The personal details of the applicant or applicants (hereinafter, the “Applicant”) or any other document that are provided via the present application, as well as those which are provided in any other moment regarding the same one, will be agreements and added to databases accountability of ALPHABET ESPAÑA FLEET S.A. MANAGEMENT -Sole Proprietorship-(hereinafter, the “Lessor”), with registered office on José street Echegaray Nº 20, 28232 Las Rozas (Madrid), and with N.I.F. A91001438, for (i) get in touch with the Applicant and being able to manage the application and/or future applications, (ii) the automated control and assessment or not of risks, non-payments and incidences for the study the application and, where applicable, (iii) the management, maintenance and control of the contractual relationship that it can formalise, (iv) quality survey performance. In addition, the Lessor may consult equity solvency and credit files in order to analyse the economic solvency of the Applicant.
2. BANKIA, S.A., with registered office in street Painter Sorolla Nº8, 46002 Valencia, and ID number to-14010342 (hereinafter, the “Agent” or “BANKIA”), will discuss its personal details, as responsible for the processing, with the aim of getting in touch with the Applicant and manage and process its application and/or future applications, as well as for the maintenance and control of the business relation and contractual that are established between the parts.
The Applicant, holder of the details, can exercise its portability rights, access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and limitation appropriate before the Agent, directing its written application, proving its identity, to the e-mail address protecciondedatos@bankia.com or to the section of mails Nº 61076 Madrid, 28080, indicating “Data protection - Renting”.
3. This application, the details contained therein, as well as any other contributed documentation or details related thereto, will be held by the Lessor and the Agent for the entire duration of the application process to ensure proper processing thereof and for six months thereafter to avoid doubling up on administrative procedures should new developments arise, after which time, if the transaction ends up not being formalised, the details will be cancelled by the Agent and the Lessor.
In case the application originates the signature of a lease, the data collected and generated as a result of the application will be able to be built in to the databases of the Agent and of the Lessor regarding the contractual relationship.
4. The Applicant hereby states that they have read and consented to the conditions of this application. In the event that, in order to manage, complete and/or control this application it were to be necessary for the Applicant to grant access, gather, treat and/or transfer third-party personal data, we hereby inform you that BANKIA and the Lessor shall treat this data solely for the purposes of managing this application. Additionally, you guarantees that, with previous character, has informed to the above-mentioned/s holder/is of this processing and that has its unequivocal consent and in writing, with the aim of that BANKIA and the Lessor manage the present application, as well as for the rest of aims considered in the current conditions, being exclusively you responsible for the consequences deriving from failure to comply with this obligation.
5. This vehicle lease application is made in accordance with the information provided by you and you are responsible for ensuring its authenticity and keeping it updated.
6. Bankia quality guarantee. If the client is not satisfied, they can return the vehicle without cost within a month of the date the vehicle is made available by Alphabet, provided that the vehicle has not suffered any external or internal damage (unless the damage was due to a manufacturing fault) and that no more than 1,000 kilometres of driving has been recorded. This guarantee shall only apply when thus stated in the terms and conditions of the offer, and is solely for the use of the client.

For the user's own security, it is advisable to regularly check tyre pressure and any signs of wear. When you think a tyre needs to be replaced or repaired, contact our Customer Services Desk, where we will send you to the nearest tyre shop to have your tyres checked and, if necessary, changed.

This service provides all cover, including legal liability, insurance of the driver and the passengers, legal defense or damages of the vehicle, with the calm of a fixed premium , without annual review, nor for CPI nor for accident rate.
There is no minimum driver age or minimum licensed driving experience, provided the driver has a valid Spanish driver's licence.In the event of an accident, you can contact our Customer Services Desk, where we'll tell you what to do. If a third party is involved, whether the rented vehicle has been damaged or not, a European Accident Statement must be filled out.
For your maximum comfort, have at your disposal a service of collected and delivery for the interventions of sheet and paintings in our network of certified workshops.
In the event of theft of the rented vehicle, you are required to contact our Customer Service Desk and file the corresponding report with the local authorities, giving as much detail as possible about the circumstances of the accident. -

If you have a breakdown or accident abroad, you can also contact our Customer Service Desk. In any event, whenever the vehicle is going to be used outside Spain for a period longer than 7 consecutive calendar days, you should notify Customer Services.
In addition, you offer a new tool that you will allow when requesting assistance in road, know through a SMS the geolocation of the crane that it is providing such service and know the estimated time in which will arrive at the place where your vehicle is found. -
